The Arlington Tourism Public Improvement District is made up of hotel properties in Arlington with 75 or more hotel rooms. In accordance with state law and city ordinances, 60% of the affected property owners had to sign a petition showing their interest in the district. These signed petitions were used as part of the application to the City for the district’s creation.
