Arlington Tourism Public
Improvement District
The Arlington Tourism Public Improvement District (ATPID) is made up of hotel and motel properties that have 75 or more guest rooms. These properties pay a 2% TPID assessment fee on net occupancy receipts from sleeping rooms that are subject to Hotel Occupancy Tax. These funds are used to market and promote the City of Arlington as a convention, sports, and tourism destination.

Securing Arlington’s Future
From mega sporting events to citywide conventions, the Arlington Tourism Public Improvement District (ATPID) has delivered over $701 million in economic impact, filled thousands of hotel rooms, and boosted Arlington’s visibility on the national stage.
